We would like to invite all young people to come and join us, and share the joy of practicing together. We will take the time to return to ourselves and to observe what is going on inside us. We will see the unique qualities we bring to the world. We do not have to become someone else to be happy. We can be happy here and now whenever we return to the present moment to enjoy friendship, nature, our own beauty and all that life has to offer in the here and now.
This retreat is intended for young people between 15 and 30 who would like to develop and deepen their mindfulness practice. It is suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.
