We are so happy that conditions are sufficient for us to gather once more in Thai Plum Village for an international Wake Up retreat for young people aged 18 to 35. This special retreat will help us touch a spiritual dimension in our life, to spend time together in nature, and to heal and to restore ourselves.

The practice of mindfulness will help us enjoy the wonders of life, connect more deeply to ourselves and be nourished by community and friendship. We will learn mindful breathing and smiling, share deeply from our heart, play, enjoy music etc. The schedule will include activities such as sitting and walking meditation, Dharma talks, and total relaxation. One special activity will be a cultural fair, where we can enjoy the beauty of each culture.
