Monastics from Magnolia Grove monastery will be with us, as well as meditation lay teachers. The retreat will be organized around guided meditations, Dharma talks, discussion and sharing groups and times for practicing mindfulness in our daily lives. Other activities include workshops about Vietnamese vegetarian cooking, bonfires, creative activities, Qi Gong practice, and much more. |
