For a Future to be Possible: Awakening to Life, Love, and Service

How does awakening to life in each moment nourish our heart’s deepest calling? What is the nature of our connection and responsibility to future generations? Do our descendants exist after us, or rather, are they inside of us at each moment? How do we walk a path that offers true love and a bright future for our continuation (or our children) and the health of our precious planet?

Through peer led practices and daily teachings from a Zen Master, we will dive into these paramount questions of our lives, using the timeless practices of sitting, walking, and eating meditation, mindful speech and deep listening, and conscious arts, music, and movement. As a community of young people, we will take refuge in each other and nature, exploring the power of meditation to fearlessly engage our lives and ever-changing world.
