Wake Up California is organizing its first (hopefully) annual camping event to bring together mindfulness practitioners from San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County and the Bay Area (and anywhere else in the state). We are looking to bring together 18-35 year olds from throughout California to practice mindfulness, peace and joy in the beauty of Sequoia National Park.
We will camp in Sequoia for 3 nights, enjoying the wonders of nature, nurturing our community, strengthening our practice, and watering the seeds of gratitude, peace and joy in ourselves and in one another.
Potwisha Camground is near the entrance to Sequoia National Park and is about a 45 minute drive from the Sequoia Giant Forest and General Sherman Tree, by volume the largest single stem tree in the world!! We anticipate a truly wonderful time of happiness and celebration.

The cost of this event is $55 before June 15 and $65 thereafter, as well as a $20 National Park entrance fee per automobile. Scholarships are available for those with financial hardships. Please visit the Eventbrite page to register and for more details.
