You are invited to come and practice together with us to come back to the solidity and freedom inside of us. We will enjoy breathing, sitting, walking and eating together with a peaceful beach.
A 4-day retreat offered by the monks and nuns of Plum Village, students of Zen master THICH NHAT HANH

**Change in activities can be expected
Participants: 250 people (aged 18-35 years old)
· Participants should be able to stay all 4 days. The registration will start at 16:00 on the first day (Nov 16) and finish at 1 pm on the last day (Nov 19).
· 3 vegetarian meals/day
· Casual and polite clothes (monks and nuns are in the retreat)
· Prepare an umbrella, hat, light, water bottle, mosquito repellant and your own medicine.
Transportation
We prepare transportation from Trang and Krabi to the retreat
From Trang Airport (45 minutes): transportation fee will be shared – 200baht/person (400 Bath for the round trip)
– Pick Up time: 12:00 and 15:00
From Krabi Airport (90 minutes): transportation fee will be shared – 300baht/person (600 Bath for the round trip)
– Pick Up time: 12:00 and 14:00
From Pakmeng to airport (both Trang airport and Krabi airport): 13:00
Drive by your own, please arrive Pak Meng Resort before 16:00.
Course fee (not including transportation fee)
· Staying in the room 3,500 baht
· Staying in the tent (please bring your own bedding) 2,800 baht
· Bring your own tent and bedding 2,600 baht
